| ENTIRE HOLIDAY:
| Meals start with supper on R 12/26 and goes to breakfast on M 12/31.
Check-in time starts at 2pm on R 12/26.
Check-out time ends at noon on T 12/31.

| NON-DANCING ADULTS:
| Refers to those spouses, significant others, parents, grandparents who
do not dance but like to watch people dance and/or who enjoy
staying at a resort with loved ones over the holiday season.

| NON-DANCING YOUTH:
| Are the responsibility of the adult who brings them who will make sure they are properly supervised. There is no organized program for non-dancing youth.

| DAILY PACKAGES:
| Are for those folks that are unable to attend the whole program.
The price includes three meals (supper, breakfast, lunch), use of the
facility, and three dances to live music (afternoon, evening, morning).
Check-in time is at 1pm and check-out time is at noon.

| - You may register on-line or via snail mail. However, your registration is not complete until we receive your $50 deposit check.

Registration closes at 200 full-time participants (by postmark) so there will be enough room to dance.
Word to the wise: 2012 CDH was sold-out ten weeks in advance. We will have waiting lists according to gender.
